At Real Estate Solutions, we are Residential and Commercial Real Estate Finance & Investment Consultants.

We are the next generation of Real Estate Professionals, offering unique solutions and meeting the needs of today's Real Estate buyers, sellers and investors. Our staff has extensive experience in all facets of the Real Estate industry from appraisal to brokerage to creative financing and deal structuring.

Combined, our staff has nearly 30 years of Real Estate Brokerage and deal structuring, more than 18 years in Mortgage Banking and home financing, 10 plus years in Appraisal and inspection of residential and commercial properties. We know how to do real estate deals!

A bit about us -

Dotty and I are both Accredited Mortgage Bankers, and Commercial Mortgage Brokers.

We have each been involved in Real Estate & Real Estate Financing for nearly 30 years.

I started out as a R.E. Broker in NY, owned an Appraisal company with a few partners, served as a Housing Advisor for the municipality up in NY, and went on to Investing in, and financing residential & small commercial properties. I mentor several local investors, and own interest in several local & national R.E. investment firms.

Dotty got her feet wet in Real Estate over 25 years ago, as my first rental agent & property manager, and went on to become the President of the Tidewater Mortgage Bankers, and the Vice President of the Virginia Mortgage Lenders Association.

For the 1st time home buyer –

For the buyer upsizing or downsizing –
Finding the program that best meets there needs based on there whole financial picture growing income, fixed income, future plans – and it is not always just about the lowest rate!

For the property owner in trouble of losing their home -
If you are behind in your mortgage, timing is critical. The sooner we get involved, the better your chances are of working things out on your terms. Do you want to stay in the house? Do you want to move on, but want some of the equity you have built up in your home? We can help...possibly with a loan, possibly with a buy out, or with any number of workout solutions.

From storage units & warehouses, to golf courses and retail centers to churches. We even have stated income & stated asset programs for deals ranging from $100k to $1mil!

When the investor is ready to grow beyond buying a few single family homes and wants to buy their 1st 6-unit or 8-unit, we can help!
